Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Customers receive a tracking number after the order is processed so that they can track their package which is typically delivered within 5-7 business days . This schedule is often effected by holidays, extreme weather and or government mandated restrictions due to health or other emergencies excluded.

*Please follow your tracking number, many of our products require a signature upon delivery. If nobody is there to sign for the package, the customer is responsible for coordinating re-delivery and any costs that might be associated.
All shipping claims apply only to US Domestic Shipping.
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and your credit card has been charged. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will contact you by phone or email so that you may review your options or to refund your money.
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.
