Shipping Times:

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days.  Customers receive a tracking number after the order is processed so that they can track their package which is typically delivered within 5-7 business days .  This schedule is often effected by holidays, extreme weather and or government mandated restrictions due to health or other emergencies.


Expect Delays to shipping when:  

Ordering any whole house filters, Softeners, Custom built items OR when ordering during Holidays especially during our busiest time of year Nov 1-Jan 5th, including Early Bird Black Friday, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Holiday Sales in December.  Delays may affect both processing times as well as shipping times.  Although our factories and carriers make every effort to deliver before Christmas, we do not guarantee Christmas delivery.

*Please monitor your package using the tracking number we send to the email address you have provided.  Many of our products require a signature upon delivery.  If nobody is there to sign for the package, the customer is responsible for coordinating re-delivery and any costs that might be associated.

All shipping claims apply only to US Domestic Shipping.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Successfully Delivered Packages:  The customer is SOLELY responsible for entering the correct shipping address upon placing orders and is also SOLELY responsible for retrieving packages upon delivery by the carrier.  This includes being accountable for using the tracking number provided to make arrangements to receive/retrieve the package upon delivery to avoid "porch pirates" from stealing packages.

Highbrow is not obligated to replace lost or stolen items due to the customer providing an incorrect shipping address or porch pirating.

Unsuccessfully Delivered Packages:  For packages lost by the carrier, the customer must resolve all delivery issues with the carrier including filing claims for packages which were lost by the carrier prior to delivery.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and your credit card has been charged.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will contact you by phone or email so that you may review your options or to refund your money.

Order Shipment:

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at
